Mary graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage after returning home to Upstate NY following several years living out of state and overseas. She has a background in clinical mental health counseling and has special interest in how stress and trauma manifest physically as well as emotionally. Mary provides tailored massage to meet clients’ needs for relaxation, stress reduction and the treatment of specific conditions including TMJ dysfunction.

Maddy Vail, LMT

Maddy is a graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and practiced at the Spa at Midtown Athletic Club for three years prior to joining Hive. Having personally dealt with chronic physical pain, she is passionate about aiding others in achieving a general well-being provided through massage. Whether you’re seeking physical relief and recovery through deep tissue work, or stress relief with Swedish relaxation, Maddy will work with you to develop a treatment plan to address your specific needs.

Cait Davison, LMT

Cait received her Bachelors of Arts from the State University of New York at Brockport with a degree in Spanish and childhood education. In 2010, she began her career in Massage Therapy at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. Cait has long believed that everything vibrates on its own energy wave, and through massage, she helps bring awareness to blocked energy channels in the body, so that healing can take place. She specializes in TMJ dysfunctions, deep tissue, trigger point work, reflexology, and prenatal massage. Her well-rounded and caring demeanor shine through in her massage practice.

James Cornell, LMT

James is a graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and brings a high level of detail to his massage therapy work.  Specializing in disorders of the shoulder and neck, he uses his knowledge of anatomy to treat clients suffering from a range of issues pertaining to the upper body.
